The goal for me is to create a comprehensive series of solutions that integrate all the best information available. The value created in a relationship between ‘provider’ and client/student is an essential part for growth and personal evolution. My experience in the allied health sciences allows me to do what I enjoy most.

I have been an ‘rejuvenation’ patient for more than 15 years and believe it encompasses the best opportunities for self direction and the prevention of age related disease. Dr. Abernathy's education includes a B.A. Degree in Psychology, extensive education in Music, Art, and Theology, Master of Science Degree in Health Education and Marriage & Family Therapy, a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Nutrition. Over 5000 hours of supervised clinical experience.

Clinical memberships were attained in the American Dietetic Association, American and International Association of Clinical Nutritionists, The American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, The American Diabetes Association, and many  others.
