Medical Dietary Program Each program provides the following:   Clinical Nutrition and custom dietetics featuring a low glycemic, low calorie diet   Integrated medical services as appropriate for each patient   Exercise & Health; a progressive exercise program that will build an active lifestyle   Psycho-Social Counseling; a supportive therapeutic service with the Doctor   HCG modulation as needed. This program serves to improve glandular and metabolic function while evoking fat loss and improvement of health. It is a ‘holistic’ program that encourages emotional wellness and spirituality.

• Each patient will be required to provide the results of a physical examination, comprehensive blood draw, and a consult with our Medical Director and Clinical Director. Normally, the patient’s primary physician will provide a physical examination. For women, this includes a pap smear and breast examination. For men, it includes a prostate check. Upon completion of all the necessary enrollment materials, your consult will be completed with a thorough review. A step-by-step process will be established for the program.
  
  

• During a treatment program, patients are taught everything they need to know for improving their health, lifestyle, and reaching the goals defined in the initial consult. A customized program is provided to each patient. This includes a custom dietary program, exercise program, regular counseling sessions, and all medical services.
  
  

• Hormone modulation may be required to help you establish a new baseline of health and wellness.
  
  

• Most patients needing metabolic therapy, will be evaluated for HCG (Hypothalamus), IGF 1 (Pituitary),  Hypo-thyroidism, and respective male or female hormones.
  
  

• HCG is a fertility drug used in select cases; HCG is a medication that is used for hypogonadism in men and infertility in women. It is not sanctioned as a weight loss aid by the FDA.

In accompaniment with a low calorie and low glycemic diet, patients can lose body fat and calibrate their metabolism. Because this program is ‘integrative’, patients are required to participate in all aspects of clinical management.
